CHEF LUCY is a Charleston native.  She graduated from Porter-Gaud in 2002. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, she moved to Florence, Italy, where she attended a culinary Program while working in a restaurant. Having lived in NYC one summer during college to do an internship at Gramercy Tavern, Lucy always knew she wanted to go back. In 2007 she went to work at David Chang's Momofuku and was promoted to Sous Chef after 2.5 years. In November 2010 she went to work for Michael White at Ai Fiori and spent 2.5 years there as Sous Chef before opening his latest venture Costata, an upscale Italian steakhouse in the heart of Soho. 

PRESIDENTIAL In June 2012 Lucy and her team prepared an exclusive private dinner for Barack and Michelle Obama along with other "A listers" at the home of actress Sara Jessica Parker in the West Village.

CHOPPED Lucy was recently a contestant on the Food Network show Chopped.
